PECSA and its members have been particularly active in recent years. In 2011 PECSA cooperated in completing EUintegRATIO project financed through 7 Framework Programme. The project resulted, among others, in a conference that was one of the key events during the Polish presidency of the EU. The list of participants of the Conference included Marek Belka, Michał Boni, Laszlo Csaba, Irena E. Kotowska, Ewa Latoszek, Robert M. Lindley, Mario Monti, Willem Molle, Alojzy Z. Nowak, Edward Palmer, Dariusz Rosati and Andrzej Stępniak.

During academic year 2013-2014 PECSA conducted nationwide educational project "Academy of Young European" (AME), financed through Lifelong Learning Programme" Jean Monnet and economic education programme of the National Bank of Poland (NBP). AME included seven webinars, a textbook ("Introduction to the EU"), lessons in selected high schools, university lectures, international conference organized at Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk and a competition "Poland in the EU" for pupils from Pomeranian voivodeship.

In 2014 PECSA initiated a series of European Seminars organized in cooperation with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Poland and Collegium of Socio-Economics (Warsaw School of Economics).
